Human elements (people at the stores, people you talk to on the phone) are amazing. Web/app/phone 1-800-go-haul IVR is a god damn nightmare. I did a reservation for one place, told me there wasn't any inventory, confirmed a reservation for a different place (verified with an email with the address of the place), I show up at the place, had to wait 25 minutes on the phone for someone to tell me that my reservation was at the first place. Fix your web/app backend. Or just rip it out and put up a web page that says "just show up to the store". Summary: store location is great. So I'm new to the area and the location is on a really busy corner and it's a crowded small lot. I pulled in to try to return the trailer and I got stuck in a corner because I'm not great with backing up with the trailer yet. This is no reflection on the people at the location I used. They were polite, capable, and helpful. I would rate them 5 out of 5.. My complaints are with corporate, you know, the people with the homes in the Hamptons. The location was obviously understaffed, as is your phone assistance. I was on hold on your central phone center for no less than 10 minutes twice before giving up. The trailer was fine; corporate is obviously rusted and broken down.FREDERICK P.

Our app wouldn't work for mobile check in it just kept going to a blank page. We went inside to check in and the person assisting us moved a second truck out of the way for us. When we returned, I let him know that the dolly we had requested was not in the truck. He condescendingly told me that he has a good memory and did hand me a dolly. I replied that I also have a good memory and would know if someone handed me a dolly. He finished the transaction telling me he'd take off the cost of the dolly, but I received my receipt and it still had it. $7 isn't worth an argument, so it was just a frustrating time on top of moving and I will not be returning to this location.MARGARET S.

I had made a reservation for a truck and a utility dolly - we were no given the utility dolly, so I had to ask for a refund for that charge. The man who helped me out, Marshall, was very nice and accommodating and explained everything to me. However, I later got a second invoice charging me $60 more than we had discussed for something else. Once again, Marshall helped me out and went above and beyond - I'm super grateful for him. BUT, he said his GM would then take care of the refund and call me to explain but I never received a call from the GM.Terri L.
