We reserved our truck online, and planning on picking it up before U-Haul opened. The instructions on after-hour pick up was very clear on the front end. However when we arrived and began the checkout process, the system said that "no vehicle had been assigned to our reservation". There was a phone number to call, but we tried 3 times and no one answered. Thankfully an employee showed up and checked us out even though U-Haul wasn't open yet. He was very nice and got us on our way. We were lucky he was willing to help us. If he hadn't, we would have been sitting around, along with all our moving help, for an hour and a half waiting. The after-hours checkout needs some improvement!

I started off w/t poor customer service.Then Drew took over my account & made me feel like a customer.This employee went made sure everything was done properly.And if I need a rental again I will look for his warm & coompassion service.

There was a non-typical incident on the number of the unit I was to rent. This caused a long enough delay that I told Drew I would leave and he could text or call me when it was resolved. The computer was running slow. Probably an issue with the system that needs more IT attention. Service personnel should not have to struggle or be delayed by computer issues. Kindly reward Drew for his professional behavior. Also give your IT guys a polite but firm push to fix delays or get someone who can. My opinion from the cheap seats.

I found the service personnel friendly, helpful and easy to work with. I rented a Van instead the usual Truck and it was a better "'fit ", as I am 5'1", but it still held a lot of stuff!

I was told to bring the truck back at 8:00am ( hours 7-7 ) so I came to drop it off at 6:45 ! Wanted to get my paper work done. No one was there when I left at 8:15 . Hope everyone is fine.

Customers should only demand full tanks of gas to avoid their "gotcha" scheme. Somehow I had to pay for 10 gallons of fuel when I only drove 19 miles. These people will catch you sleeping and you need to be extra vigilant and on your game when dealing with them.

I requested a 17 ft truck. They gave me a 20 ft. truck which could not fit in the drive at my destination location. They then switched to a 15 ft truck which was too small and told me I had to go to several locations to pick up the truck and the tow dowley. They gave me a dowley that was too small for my car. My car was damaged loading it. All the day before and day of the move. There was no notification that the 17 foot truck was not available. So this created a great deal of unnecessary stress. It was an awful experience.

this locations was very helpful. I had a reservation at the Burnett/FM2222 location that fell through because no employee was there at 7:00am...or 7:30 or 8:00
