I wanted to return the trailer to a uhaul in Austin near 78746 zip code. I called uhaul to ask for a closer location but she said that No one would accept the trailer. It was NOT convenient that I had to drive 35 minutes north to Round Rock to Storage Town USA. When I got there, the uhaul rep didnt even want me to return it there. He asked me to drive another 5 miles to another uhaul place further out. I said no as I had already driven far to get to his place. So he decided to accept it. He was nice tho, and helped park the trailer in a tough area so I didnt have to back it in. You need to make returning a easier, better, and closer experience.
