No complaints
NICK GAll was great, very quick and easy pickup. It was also a very quick and easy drop off. My only complaint is that the trailer did not show that it was returned in the system until 2 days later which is also when I received the receipt. It was returned during business hours and Nick, who accepted the trailer stated that I would receive the receipt immediately. Not the end of the world, but it was concerning and I had to reach out to U-Haul customer service to ensure that I won’t get billed extra.
Chaim BEnsure windshield is clean, I cleaned it prior to returning it. The furniture dolly was not attached. I attached it as well. Finally I swept the back n left it better than before. Other than that, I was pleased. This is the third time I use U-Haul.
