Kathryn M.My experience was horrible once again, this will be my last time using u-haul. The problem this time is that I reserved a dolly with the truck rental and was told the day of pickup that they didn't have any and was referred to another location to get one, drove all the way there and they didn't have any either and tald me I could buy one for $90. If I was told ahead of time about this I could have found one but instead my wife and I had to pickup on heavy stuff to bring it up to a third floor.
