The location for pickup was changed last minute, the dolley that was ordered was not in the u-haul, when I went to the second location to pick the u-haul up there was a note on the door saying “back in 15” I scheduled the pickup appointment for 5:30 and no one was available for me to pick up the u-haul until 5:50. I was then told that it was changed to an online pick up which I did not originally select. Overall it was a very inconvenient and stressful transaction.

ADRIAN GDon’t make it so damn hard to choose a location and pick up a truck. I wasted almost 90 minutes from my original pickup time before we got everything squared away. And don’t send anyone to Leon’s Locksmith Service in Waterbury, CT to pick up a truck. When I was unable to get the self-dispatch process to work and no one was at thee location, I called and they told me someone “from the office” would call me back to assist. It’s been 2 weeks and I never received that call…
