Have more staff to reduce the wait times. Don't leave your customers standing in 90 degree heat with 90% humidity while checking the truck back in. At least unlock the office so the customer can sit in air-conditioning while the staff sits in the truck with their air-conditioning running taking their time filling out the return information.
