My complaint is not against the facility but against your equipment. One of the wheels must have been badly out of balance because the whole trailer shook and the side with the out of balance wheel bounced up and down. It badly shook my vehicle for 200 miles. It was torture pulling that trailer. I had to clean the inside because it was filthy.

I was contacted 5 days after my rental saying they weren't sure if i returned the trailer or not. Come tf on.
