ricky NTruck was filthy when i took possession of it . I get charge an extra day while the truck was back on time ..no one to testify that i wasent there on time ..nobodys was there ....i have proof of what im stating ..they lied about my hour ..and i get charge for thkngs i didnt have ..i didnt two dozen blanket and still get charge for ..i have only 15 blanket ..worst experience ever ..and i contact customer services..they get back to me saying that i arrive at 12h00..i was back at home at 12h00 ..and i live about half an hour from there ..worst experience i wont recommand you guys and ill go furtehr then that since i get robb..ill dispute this whit my credit card aswell to.
Demitri HContract #72277265 The truck had not been cleaned, in or out before I got it. The man didn't go over anything about the truck regarding previous damage but said they knew about the damage. He did everything on his phone so I never got a receipt and he said he would email me that but it never arrived. I had to ask them about the 36 blankets that I had ordered, they said they didn't know anything about blankets. The battery warning light was on, so when I mentioned that they did check the battery with a meter and then said it was on when the truck arrived and must be OK and do I still want to take the truck. There was only that truck in the yard so I had no choice but to take it. It was very stressful to have to drive from Newbruswick to Ontario with that red light in my face all the way.
