Customer service failed to inform me that my reservation wasn't available at the time or location selected. I called to confirm about 30 minutes ahead of time, and she did not mention that I had to travel to pick up another truck.

Pickup: This process was fairly smooth. The check out process was quick. Equipment: The truck given to me was HORRIBLE. I noticed the check engine light was on when I got in. I informed the Store Manager, and his exact words were "Don't worry about it. I know about it. It's the catalytic converter. It'll be fine." That in itself is bad business. A faulty truck should NOT be rented out to customers. Furthermore, the truck was not fine. The check engine light kept vacillating between solid and blinking, and it was difficult to accelerate. Also, it was completely out of alignment. In order to keep truck moving straight, I literally had to tilt the wheel at a 90 degree angle. Drop-off: The store clerk advised me to leave keys, and the Store Manager would check the truck in "whenever he got a chance" and I would get an email receipt. I do not like that. I wanted a closeout receipt and requested the manager. The clerk told me he may or may not come depending on if he is busy or not. He did come to the front to handle the closeout but acted like the system was down. I waited almost 20 minutes while he fiddle around between the laptop and his phone. Finally, I was told he would have to close out the ticket when the system was back up, because he could not do it. I left the store, and my e-receipt came through literally two (2) minutes after. That was rather "convenient."
