When a reservation is made ahead of time for specific equipment. It's only courteous to have the equipment there and available at the location of the reservation. Having to drive to another location that had the equipment was an inconvenience and completely negated the purpose of the reservation.

Mary BStaff was great! However, the equipment was not well maintained. I rented a tow dolly and it needed some attention. Right tail light did not work. The tire straps were too short and one of the strap tighteners was rusty and bent rendering it pretty much useless. I was able to get my car moved but was constantly stopping to check to make sure the car was secure on the toy dolly. I did get a small discount for my troubles, but That specific piece of equipment needs some attention.
Israel ACustomer service was awesome! Owners are lovely people. 10/10 would recommend, would do it again & would definitely tell a friend. Stay awesome!
