The internet was spotty and extended the checkout time. The U-Haul software integration between customer entry and facility entries is so horrible it caused an hour delay in rental checking period. Communication from the vendor to corporate account representation was Excellent from Deborah who walked through the software glitches with expertise. This was after a condescending rep named Kelly just played a blame game on me the customer and Luis the Vendor and told us both to cancel the original reservation and start over. This puts a bad mark on my rental history. Luis was great, I exercised great patience with your software and Luis. Deborah A+, Kelly D-, Luis A+
