The places were awesome, but I think it’s retard to have to get charged every time you over the free mileages. I mean we have to pay for the darn gas why do we have to pay you for it!!!!

ISRAEL BLocation did not leave lock and keys for after hour pick up despite online self-pick up availability. They said they never leave the locks and keys otherwise the trucks get stolen. That same guy couldn’t get my dolly rental because he was chasing a rat inside the store. Worst U-HAUL location.
Alejandro JThere were numerous minor issues with the vehicle that you should already have marked and identified to the next user. It's an abuse of our time to have to locate and identify issues that you are already aware of. They should be already documented on our rental agreements. Unless your end goal is to find us responsible and charge us for it which is the only reason I could come up with.
