SONIA DThe guy behind the counter was terrible,him and the guy in charge of the U-hauls were telling us two different things,the guy behind the counter was gonna charge us too much until he called his manager and then he charged us less,
VICTOR WI believe almost 400 dollars to rent a u haul for 6 hours and I had to fill it up cause it was completely on Empty when I picked it up
CLAYTON WWe had trouble with the Uhaul starting three times. We called roadside assistance and while we were in the phone with them the first time the truck started. It did that two more times. We were quoted a different price for the rental than what I was charged. We were charged $12 for a$7 dolly just because it wasn’t an in town trip and they charged us for going over miles even though we (two single ladies all by ourselves on the road with this thing) had trouble with the Uhaul. And no one wants to take blame but give us a harder time. I will never use yall again and I will tell everyone I know what happened and how we were treated so they won’t use yall either! Good day!!!
