This location to over 6 hours to complete my drop off and was unable to get in contact with them. I will be going to another location . But overall the U-Haul costumer service reps were AWESOME!!

tashia NThere wasn’t anyone there at the time I was supposed to pick it up. There were no moving blankets. It’s a gas station convenience store with some uhauls scattered around.
Maxwell RHave more than one person working behind the counter so he doesn’t have to run both the store , take peoples lottery tickets, and deal with the uhual rentals. Took about an hour to get my uhual even with an online reservation. And then I was charged for the fuel even though the fuel was returned at the same level it was picked up with.
