I found the app to be very cumbersome to use. After going through all the verifications, my identity could not be verified (even though I took the required headshot and uploaded the front and back of my license.) My reservation was cancelled. Fortunately I was able to rebook but it was a lot of extra work and made me late for picking up the furniture that I was renting the Uhaul for. The gas station employee who gave me the key was fine. That part of the experience was to be expected. But the actual experience of engaging with Uhaul via the reservation system/app was very annoying.
MARIEL SThis is a terrible location in an area of Baltimore that did not feel at all safe. It was difficult to know where to leave the truck, it was self-serve only and there was no keybox to leave the keys in so we had to go in the convenience store and wait in line to return them -- and then we were not sure that we had done the right thing. The attendant was behind bullet proof glass. It was not at ALL welcoming.

Kelly BThe vehicle was beat up and muddy before my use, there was also water in the Box of the truck, and wet cardboard boxes as well as some sort of cover. I actually wouldn’t minds dome sort of refund.
