We didn’t have the moving quilts we rented. We went in to get them from the convenience store that ran the service. They were semi wrapped and didn’t realized we didn’t get 12 until we were packing. We had some of our own that we sent back so we didn’t get charged. The location was convenient to where I needed.
Gail GI reserved a truck for a one way rental from Elkridge MD in Howard County. When I arrived I was told they do not do one way rentals and my reservation had been moved to Baltimore City. A downtown location on 25th Street. This resulted in using much more mileage. U-Haul charged me for going over my mileage by 15 miles.
