roland rThis U-Haul truck struts need to be replaced. I’ve rented many U-Haul’s and this vehicle isn’t working properly.
Charles CThe truck was fine. No one let me know that my rental had been moved to this location and only after standing in line for 30 min at the location I’d book did I find out it was moved. The area all around where the trucks were stored smelled awful. In addition to the stale urine smell all around the trucks, there was human feces on the grass in front of the trucks.
