I had a bad experience picking up my truck this weekend. I placed my order over a month ago I went to pick it up and there was none available. I had to settle on a smaller truck and go to a different location to pick it up. I was told I can make two trips with a smaller truck by one of the employees. This is a very poor way of running a company. They obviously knew they weren’t going to have a truck available for me prior to pick up time it made my move a lot more stressful. I was not offered any type of compensation. I would not use this company.

I would have preferred a closer drop off location which was just around the corner on Northern Pkwy. I’m not familiar with that part of town.
Rosalee WIt was a bit odd that you got the keys inside a gas station, but apart from that, it was pretty easy to get the kelts and check in through my phone. I had actually gotten an uber at another location, but upon arrival, I was informed that they had closed 30 days ago. Poor communication on the app. This ended up in me having to pay the movers I hired more due to the delay.
KAROL HIt was in a concerning location but the representative was fine.
PaulandKelly JSystems went down, with no phone call, causing a delay with my move, which I had a deadline. The dolly I requested was not in the vehicle.it smelled reallly bad and we had no gas in it. Whole experience caused exta stres on top of the stress of moving. Customer service was unsympathetic and offered no compensation for the severe inconvenience.
