I went to the location for a 15 inch U-Haul the truck was not available! I was told the U-Haul was stolen . The young man could have checked other locations. I fill like he needs help there 1 person working doing multiple jobs. Time is money. I was told I would receive an additional $10 off for the inconvenience and that did not happen! NEVER AGAIN!
