How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location underreported the gas I returned it with. It was well over the original 1/4 gas and I was charged $36 as a result. I got gas in the gas station where the drop of was located.
Garrick CI was charged an extra day without being told. I returned on the day I originally booked to return.

Deborah WPlease have U-Haul employees double check that customer wants to purchase Safe Move coverage. I was charged for it ($16) on the day I picked up the truck (8/31/26) even though my original online rental agreement dated 8/1/26 excluded this charge and after telling the attendant I did not want the coverage.
