The truck AC did not work and it took 1 hour in the morning to get the vehicle keys due to Uhaul website traffic, terrible service by Uhaul, will not use Uhaul again.

This location is a gas station. All interactions are done with bulletproof glass between you and the attendant. Attendant never reviewed the vehicle with me - he just handed me the key (never checked vehicle mileage). Also no on site parking for my car while I used the van. Overall renting from UHaul was a negative experience. I will consider other options in the future.

The truck was not cleaned, the mileage was not up to date and I was overcharged for a dolly that I didn't order.

The uhaul was dirty and had cigarette ash in the front cup holders.

I paid for 12 furniture pads and there were no furniture pads in the truck. I did not think to check the truck before I left the station since the only other times I've ever rented a Uhaul everything was in there perfectly so I just assumed the pads would be there. I tried explaining the issue to the man at the desk but he did not understand what I was saying - I would love to get my $15 back that I spent on the furniture pads that were not included.

The employees had no idea how the pricing structure worked. They added insurance to my bill which was not explained to me. When I tried to call them they wouldn't pick up. I dropped the uhaul off and asked why was the insurance on my bill the employee said he couldn't do anything and to read the email he would send me. The email was just the uhaul bill with the insurance added. Again tried to call but no one picked up. Terrible communication. I don't even know how accurate this bill is.

I was there for over an hour to pick up a truck that I reserved online weeks beforehand. Then, the truck’s door didn’t open or close smoothly. I had to reach up where the metal cable winds around the spool to try and get the door to open and close better. Then, only one of the two dollies I reserved and none of the furniture pads, all of which I paid for, were not in the truck. I opted to deal with it later in the week because I had movers waiting at my place for about a half hour and I had to get to packing the truck immediately.

Why was I charged for coverage? I did not originally select this and the original quote did not include this. My receipt was the first time I saw this. Please remove this charge. Thank you!

Charges are wrong

The gas tank was half full making me need to fill it at the rental location which was also a gas station. It seemed a bit self serving of the rental location.

I had a horrible experience at this location. When I arrived, they made me go through the check-in process again even though I had already checked in online. They also did not have the furniture pads that I ordered but refused to take them off my bill. And they told me to park my car in their lot (it was a gas station) while I took the u-haul van out. When I returned, they told me that they had called me 5 times and almost towed my car. They did not call me once -- I asked them which number they called and they gave me their number (not mine) even though mine was clearly marked on file. They then told me I owed them $10 for parking. Additionally, they charged me a $30 fuel surcharge fee, even though they never mentioned anything about fuel. After this experience, I don't think I will ever use u-haul again. There are many other competitors that offer the same price and much better customer service.

I arrived just after 8 for my 8:00 reservation, the mobile rental doesn't work because you still have to go to the counter for the keys. This is a combination business of rentals, convenience story, and gas station but only one person working so the wait was terrible. The amount of time it took for the attendant to put my license into the system was about 15 mins, at which point I received a text to check damage at 8:20. The truck had under a quarter tank of gas DESPITE BEING PARKED AT A GAS STATION and I had to immediately buy gas to even begin my trip. Then when I returned with again just under a quarter tank they expected me to buy more gas. Then they expected me to pay extra for returning the truck late after they made me 30 mins late in the first place, then I had to wait in their line TWICE at drop off. I don't know how this experience could be worse honestly.

The customer service was horrible and when I told him that the cargo van was dirty, he stated "we know that why you do not have clean it when you return. I had to clean it before I used it.

I had read several horror stories from this location, but I tried to keep an open mind. The location was very convenient for our furniture pick-up, but the Citgo itself was very dirty. There was a person sleeping in their car, blocking the vehicles. The representative who helped us did not seem concerned that this person was in their lot and just asked them to park in another spot. The vehicle itself was fine--the person who used it before us left the seats clean but left several paperwork items, perfume, and crumbs. It wasn't gross, but clearly an oversite. The representative was kind enough. We had signed up for the 24/7 truck share in order to avoid using the representative since we were short on time, but we sat for over 15 minutes waiting for our credentials to be approved. I even messaged an agent with no success. We ended up having to use the agent, which was fine, but due to the terrible reviews of this location (1 star overall) I was hoping to avoid any untoward interactions.

Unfortunately, with this location we did not have a good experience. The service was extremely slow and disorganized. My rental was supposed to be picked up at 9 AM and I did not leave the location until 930 AM. Inside the truck, there were cigarette butt in the cup holder and it smelled of smoke. I have used uhaul many other times and have never had any issues; I would not recommend this location to anyone.

When I picked up the van, the van was not entirely clean. Also, there was a discrepancy in fuel gauge which I mentioned during the returning process. I literally drove 4 miles, which was less than what I initially estimated (5 miles) and paid for. When I returned the van, it charged me for fuel because I had less fuel than it was before. Yes. It is technically true; however, in order to have the “green zone” in the app, I would have to put more than half the tank. Driving 4 miles on a van that is less than 2 years old does not drink up gas to the point where the fuel gauge goes from 1/2 tank to 3/8 tank. When I first got the van, the fuel gage was definitely not at the 1/2 mark. I am more than happy to explain in detail with a customer service representative. I am thankful for your service; however, inaccurately OVERCHARGING a customer is definitely something that needs to be addressed.

Very rude staff, incredibly unhelpful, did not have the products I paid for, and wanted to charge $10 for parking
