The truck was fine. No one let me know that my rental had been moved to this location and only after standing in line for 30 min at the location I’d book did I find out it was moved. The area all around where the trucks were stored smelled awful. In addition to the stale urine smell all around the trucks, there was human feces on the grass in front of the trucks.

The whole process of picking up and dropping off was not explained thoroughly. I thought I was picking up at the central location where I made the reservation, but they sent me somewhere else to pick up. I reserved dollies and blankets and none were in the truck which caused much stress and an extra trip to another location to pick them up. The whole pick up process was very stressful!!

Pete WI had a bad experience picking up my truck this weekend. I placed my order over a month ago I went to pick it up and there was none available. I had to settle on a smaller truck and go to a different location to pick it up. I was told I can make two trips with a smaller truck by one of the employees. This is a very poor way of running a company. They obviously knew they weren’t going to have a truck available for me prior to pick up time it made my move a lot more stressful. I was not offered any type of compensation. I would not use this company.
Amanda GI would have preferred a closer drop off location which was just around the corner on Northern Pkwy. I’m not familiar with that part of town.
