Mr. Mills is always the best. It’s not often in this day, to get such good customer service... and when you do, it (he) really stands out. On a past rental, Kathleen really stood out as well. Great location, great service. A+

The Bangor crew went above and beyond my expectations in setting up my rental. You've got a good bunch there!

This is by far the best UHAUL in the area. I would recommend that anybody looking for a truck, trailer or storage solution travel out of there way to go here. The service is quick and the crew here goes out of their way to make sure that the customers needs are not only met but exceeded. All of the equipment is spotless smells like new and is clearly maintained with nothing other than excellence and perfection in mind. Storage here is even better than the equipment. There are hundreds of new units with optional heating and air conditioning and the setup is far superior to any other location I have seen. A huge thanks to Trevor, Patty, Cody, Katelynn and Ashley for making this the best moving and storage experience in the state and possibly even the country. After going to the Odlin Rd location I will go nowhere else and you shouldn’t either.

The GM Trevor was an exemplary leader, he was training an employee during my confusing return. Trevor and his team were very helpful. In fact the only thing that went right with our move was the u haul. Thanks. S. Kirkpatrick

The staff @ Bangor were extremely pleasant and accommodating and very prompt in bringing up our rental truck. The process was explained clearly and we knew upfront about the initial cost and possible other costs re: fuel & mileage, the experience was awesome and the 26 ft rental ran as expected and performed to our expectations, thank you Odlin Rd U-Haul!

The manager was very helpful and explained the process very well for my first time using U-Haul :)

Jennifer is an outstanding dealer. I had a problem with the size of my van. In minutes she found me a larger one. No hassles. She knows her stuff. I recommend her highly.

They couldn't have been any more helpful and nolagable

I rented a tow dolly an the guy who hooked it up to my truck could use so more training!! I have a 3 ball reese hitch and had it on the smallest, 1" and 7/8s size an guy starts to hook the trailer up to it saying its ok to use the smaller one an not the correct 2" size! After starting to hook it up on the wrong ball, I stepped in an unhooked it and changed the hitch to the right size. Maybe this is true that you can use different/smaller sizes then they call for but where I was towing my second vehicle to get serviced, radiator hose let loose and has hole, it would or could of been a bad situation if the trailer came off the ball while towing another vehicle! My understanding is that if the trailer has a 2" receiver then you should probably use a 2" ball hitch to hook it up, not a size smaller. This rubbed me the wrong way where this potentially could have caused major issues to both the tow vehixle and the vehicle being towed. But, maybe its ok to not use the required size hitch.... Also, when i returned the trailer that same night, 12/5/18, the lady was very pleasant and nice. Just the way she carried her self made it a nice and easy process, not like the girl i did the paperwork with when picking up the trailer. Probably shouldn't act annoyed because you have to do your job and answer the questions I had. Looking bad, i should have gotten the first ladys name, one who i did the paperwork with, and also the guy who hooked the trailer up wrong and told me it would be fine.

I went to pick up a 20ft box truck. When I got there they said they had one so we went with that. We ended up waiting for an hour because they couldn't find the keys to the truck. I was getting the truck because I had a scheduled pick up for furniture which we where late to. The furniture place moved forward with pickups and we got bumped back in line. It ended up being a snowball effect because being late through out the day set our moving back so now we are forced to rent it again today to finish the move. Luckily our parents where kind enough to pay for the rental today because we used all our money on the first one. Just kind of sucks you would think knowing where the keys to the trucks is normal practice. Also the truck had a crack across the front window but I can understand general maintenance that these vehicles need. Thanks for listening

Nice location. The GM of the location answered his cell phone during our conversation prior to my departure. I understand his superior contacted him and the need to communicate, however, I would have appreciated if the GM called his superior back once I departed.

Had to return to get rented furniture pads that were not provided - 25 miles total round trip distance plus time. While I understand things like this happen, it cost me time and money to return to the store to get the pads. Should have been ready to go, especially since the trailer and items had been reserved for weeks.

Better return signage for truck drop off.

Lower the rates 130$ for 3 hours to go 100miles is a lot in my opinion

We rented trucks weekly and would get them not perfectly cleaned outside, some not full with fuel, yet when we return them full we don't get credit for them but if we return one 3 or 4 gallons low you charge us, I would say if we get them half full and we return them full you should pay us for returning them full. Plus we get charged for cleaning a truck when we take everything out maybe a few pieces of paper we get charged, we get trucks dirty on the outside sometimes are we also charged for washing a truck? Never had these problems in the past, but now you have a new manager. we where also told we would get snow tires on some of the vans and that never happened.

Fast and courteous service.

The online app process is awful. I stood outside in the 25 degree weather answering questions and then it was rejected so I had to go I side and it took them 20 minutes to get our rental to work. Will never use the app again. And, the customer service rep was unprofessional. He was swearing repeatedly during the check out process, saying the f word and JC. Not the best experience.
