Lady was there alone, and was very busy so I returned the truck via the mobile online site. She apologized for not being able to get to me, but I understood, as there were 4/5 people waiting inline in front of me and she was running the place alone.

Never checked my trailer back in got a call from pick up location asking when I will return equipment told them returned same day as I rented it at least someone was doing there job

After trying to get a 15’ there was an issue so they got me the 17’ then before I got there I had a call that they had to take the 17’ out of commission as well so they gave me a 26’ charging me full price when the same guy(Jason)left me a voicemail stating I would get it for the lower rate. While checking me out day 1 they guy left me sitting at the counter in the middle of our transaction because he locked the storage gates 30 minuets early and a guy needed to get in (cutting in to my rented time). At time of drop off they lady didn’t know her password, didn’t k ow how to split payment between my card and cash, couldn’t print me a recipet after she asked if I would like one. I just believe your associates should be trained fully in their jobs and know how to deal with customers better on a 1 on 1 scenario.

The self-check service was very tedious, since the location services didn't seem to work for it on my phone. I've never had any trouble before enabling that before, but it didn't jive with the uhaul self-check. I worked on that for a half hour on my own and with the staff there, which made me late to meet the people helping me move. This option needs to be worked on a little bit more to make it more ready to roll out. The staff were very good though.

The truck was awful! Made terrible no ice when stepping on brakes, lights were very dim couldn't tell if they were On! Kept them on high beam and no on coming cars noticed! Bought brown packing tape with boxes and tape didn't stick and boxes kept following apart!

Great service and customer service experience BUT the axle broke in Pennsylvania and a wheel fell off along busy Highway 70. We saw smoke and pulled over so no accident or injury, just inconvenience of losing 1/2 a day of travel time. The UHaul personel were great and treated us right!

I don't believe this is this stores fault but rather the other location in bangor. I was promised a 15 footer, called and asked if i would take a 20 footer and then when I showed up i received a 26 footer. I had to then back in between two snowbanks in downtown bangor with a 26 foot truck. The woman at the front desk was not helpful and rude. I will not return to uhaul for moving help again.

Had a misunderstanding with the allotted time for the truck. Thought that we had the truck for 6 hours from time of our pick-up but only had it for 3ish hours. When I scheduled the truck the day before with the counter rep I was unclear with the pick-up time and ask what time the business opened which was 7AM. I offhandedly said ok maybe I can be in around that time but didn't provide a definitive pick-up time. I got there around 9 expecting to still have the full 6 hours when in fact the rep said it needed to be back at 100 PM for another client. No one fully to blame. Just a misunderstanding with lack a clarity on both parties.

Do What you say your going do . I booked a truck weeks in advance to make sure i had one for an important early morning move, the day before the move hammond location called me and said the truck i was going to use had a flat tire wasnt going to be ready for me .The only way i got a truck was i had to go to the store and insist i get a truck for my time frame . i wont be back to Hammond location again.

We dropped off the truck rental at the overnight drop off location and followed all the rules. The next day a charge of 1194.04 dollars was on my credit card statement. This location charged us for 2985.1 miles over our contract of 170 miles. We only had the truck for less than 6 hours. How could we have gone 3000 miles in 6 hours, it's not a plane. Please be aware when dealing with this location that you NEED to monitor your credit card charges. This location is not really helpful either. I called Corporate Customer Service Center in Arizona, and they are helpful. I will be calling my bank and disputing this charge A.S.A.P. We will also never, never use the Odlin Road, Hammond Street location again.
