The gas station/uhaul station is a PIGPEN! When I went there the station it was a shit hole, trash everywhere, it was scary to say the least. When I chcked in i asked them, do I need to take photos of the truck and truck bed, they said NO, SKIP THAT PART OF THE APP, IT IS NOT NEEDED. LET ME REPEAT THAT! THEY SAID NO, YOU DO NOT NEEDTO TAKE PICTURES OF THE TRUCK. WHEN I OPENED up the truck there was string inside attached attached to the wall boards that somebody left there along with plastic scrapers of some sort that was attached to the string, I astually cut them off prior to return it since I did not want them to think I was returning it in poor conditon. When I returned it, I SWEPT OUT THE TRUCK WITH A BROOM!!! They then added $40 charge, they said it was not cleaned out and that I was hauling sheetrock. I NEVER HAULED SHEET ROCK IN MY 56 YEARS OF LIVING. This uhaul center in Barnesvilles is a dump and a scam, by not telling you to take photos, they then charge you for saying its dirty or maybe dented. DO YOU TELL YOUR UHAUL PLACES TO TELL RENTERS NOT TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE TRUCK? Soundsfishy to me. I expect a refund based on the fact they lied and told me NOT TO TAKE PHOTOS OF THE VEHICLE WHEN I ASKED IF THEY SHOULD.

"Store" was stinky and creepy. The curmudgeon was not helpful. Pads were not available although reserved.

ROBERT SCustomer service scams people, it's a gas station. In the middle of nowhere , before returning thr trunks customer's need to fill.the truck back to how they got it. And preferably a place close to the return site. He charges $1.50 more per galon than anywhere else. His address is in a hill in a very difficult mountain not the gas station. And very little signs stating it's a uhaul drop off location. Worse experience I've had renting a uhal

It was an estimate of thirty miles but I didn't use thirty miles but still got charged for the full thirty miles. I think this needs to be more accurate and needs to be changed for future. The people that want to use u haul on the thirteenth
