It was a remote location and took 2 hours of my day to get there, signal was poor needs a local WiFi for u-haul use

BETH MThe trailer I picked up was beat to hell, with peeling and faded paint, and the bumper along the inner rails was mostly detached. These didn't impede the function of the trailer, so I didn't really care much, but it's a bad look for UHaul to let these trailers remain in service without some kind of rehab.
SUSANNA WThe staff member here was very personable and very helpful. Some of the things he told us, like that we could drop off the car trailer wherever we wanted whenever we wanted, didn’t turn out to be true, but otherwise he was great.
