This location was not listed as a potential drop off location, but I knew it was a u-Haul dealer. Prior to bringing the trailer back, I contacted the u-Haul customer service number to confirm it was a valid drop-off location. I brought the trailer to the shop and an employee waited on me quickly and he got the trailer off and indicated I would receive an email confirmation. Later in the afternoon, after I had not received a confirmation the trailer had been returned, I called the shop. I was advised an email had been sent but that they would send it a second time. I did not get an email and the next day, I received a text about the trailer, which was supposedly overdue. I had to drive back to the shop and they had to re-send the email again, before I finally received confirmation that the trailer had been returned in the proper time frame.

We rented the 6’ wide trailer to haul a UTV. While it’s in the fine print the fact that the ramp is less than 5’ wide is not prominently displayed. We went to expense and several hours of time only to realize it would not work. Uhaul should be including this information in the headline.
Brian EPull the vehicle out enough so that renter can walk around it at pickup. It was backed up too close to dirt wall to photograph vehicle in its entirety.
