Nothing, it was perfect, great people to deal with!!
SCOTT EI had rented my truck for two days, but I decided to return it right away to make it more convenient for me. Two days after I returned the truck, which I left the key in the safe box ,I received a call 2 days after saying what happened that I hadn't returned the truck. This made me angry because the employees in Barre VT location. They didn't check first next day. They were irresponsible.
SARAH VRepresentative on the phone quoted $1.09 per mile and then I was charged $1.39 per mile. Employee doesn't know the facts and this customer is not happy.
