COLLIN Jrented a 6 x 12 enclosed trailer. very dissapointes that toungue jack and hitch locking pin are not standard equipment. its a significant safety hazard. will not be renting from u haul again.

JOSEPH MWhy should I have to wait in line to rent a trailer? I’m sure that one could be assigned online for pickup and then expected by a team member before I leave. I have done this at other locations before.
