The lady attended us are very friendly and helpful. Drop off was no-contact, and easy to find return box. Inside the van was clean enough but windshield was a bit dirty with bags already from the rented time. We didn't leave any stain or the garbage left on it, but cleaning fee $25 was charged. Maybe because we left blankets messy. Over all, my experience was Above Average!!
