Cyl the lady customer service representative at the front desk counter was excellent, she was very knowledgeable and super efficient as well as friendly. She handled everything smoothly. There was quite a lineup the day I picked up the truck, it was unbelievable how quick she handled everyone’s transactions. Best customer experience I have ever had after using UHaul at several other locations. Definitely recommend using this location.
