Nicholas GThe address of 10 Anne St is misleading. This is the U-Haul vehicle compound! The office is 303 Dunlop Street west. We spent time at 10 Anne street trying to figure out where to go to talk to someone. Please change the address!
JEFFREY TLot was full and not much room to park the truck. I didn’t speak to anybody during drop off so I answered no.
PIERRE FThe person who assisted us did not inform us about the availability of the Utility Dolly, we had to call him and hear that there were no more available (so why did he charge for it?), he said he would remove the amount that was charged, but only changed the quantity of Utility Dolly from 1 to 0 and did not remove the $7 charge for its rental.
