The operator showed up almost 20 minutes late when I came to pick up the vehicle and i was charged for some of that time.

The store was a cute little old school grocery store and the guy working there was very friendly and really seemed to know what he was doing. The truck itself was a little beat up but it had like 160,000 miles on it or something like that so the condition wasn't out of the ordinary and I didn't have any problems while driving it. I was annoyed that I had to go to a different location first and they didn't have the truck but that was no fault of the location I ended up using
THOMAS SI have rented many U-Haul trailers. This was the worst experience, by far. We had to wait over an hour for the guy to get there and then he had no idea what he was doing pick up took us over 2 hours. Very nice guy, just an aggravating experience
