The lady checking me in did not know the system she had to call someone on the phone and I ended up pointing to the screen as it was a very long process. This was also not my original location. I had to pick out my own blankets and then find my trailer. Lucky for them I have experience with trailer unit numbers and hauling equipment.

It’s Very good treatment
mustafa nHorrible. Booked online and when I picked up instore they still charged me whatever and changed my drop off time AND THEN charged me late fees when I dropped it off. Ridiculous
