Horrible. Booked online and when I picked up instore they still charged me whatever and changed my drop off time AND THEN charged me late fees when I dropped it off. Ridiculous

The truck itself was a little beat up but it had like 160,000 miles on it or something like that so the condition wasn't out of the ordinary and I didn't have any problems while driving it. I was annoyed that I had to go to a different location first and they didn't have the truck but that was no fault of the location I ended up using
