Tru k was dirty less gas was in it then was on app and they said we would get money back if we didn’t use all the miles and would pay more if we went over we didn’t use all the miles and didn’t get anything back never had issue with U-Haul till this time it makes no since at all how much they charges to move less than an hour away and when I moved 4 hours I barely paid more than this trip
Kristin LOperator on call didn’t have ability to properly check it in so I took photos and called area manager at my pickup location to confirm I had turned it in. All this was 2nd closest location 11 mile far from my destination as closet location not trained yet to receive it.
