I ordered extra boxes and packing supplies. I was sent more than I ordered and then the location I (was directed to rent from did not do box or supply returns. It also cost me extra mileage, as the location was much further away. People at the location were very nice, just maybe not managed well…
RODNEY Pu charged me for mileage even after filling the gas tank up. not only did i wind up playing 87 dollars instead of 57 but an additional 20 dollars for gas. i find it really ridiculous that you guys sneak service and mileage charges for people who respectfully use your equipment. i’ll never use u haul again.
