They opened at 11am on Saturday. My drop off was 10am it no signal say drop off box before 11am so I drop my truck off at 10am and I came back when they was open at 11am. The man was nice at first close me out and you’re get a email. When I received the email they charged me for extra day. I called up there and explained to man he was rude and said while we have a drop off box I should’ve use it I told him I didn’t see any signs say that he did said while not his problem I signed a contract. And hung up.
