It was an easy check in Trailer was clean easy to pull. Return was easy and fast
Tommy WI'm unsure if it went unreported or what happened but the windshield wiper was not hooked on properly because someone broke a portion of it while I was 2 hours away from my destination in an 8 hour trip. This wouldn't have been an issue if it hadn't poured rain causing me to have to lean my head over to the other side to make sure I was not about to run someone off the road. Not to mention the delays caused by inability to see and slowed driving. The guy who helped me originally was friendly and helpful as were the people who I dropped the truck off to.
Damon MLocation needed more lighting for people returning trucks later and having to stand outside and take pictures.
