I’ve rented from other locations and kept the truck overnight, but my charges were much cheaper! For future rentals, I’ll go back to my normal location.

Cup holders had dried juice in it back of uhual was dirty . & Uhual was on 1/4 tank of gas.

Kenneth SOwner was very rude. I was asking him to explain to me why it would have to be 50 miles instead of 25 miles like the other uhaul facility and he says to me you getting it or not I'm busy. And when I dropped the uhaul off he was rude as well about the gas. He said the truck would be have a half of tank of gas and I received the truck on E.
Jaymani JThe 15 foot truck was dirty in the cab and back. There was no dolly, had to go look for one. And was charged a full day because i was one hour late on retuning the truck. I've been using U-Haul for 10 years and this is the way they treat there customers. This is the last time i will use them.
