Terrible experience. Check engine light was on in the truck when we got in. Called to let them know and to get a different truck and was told no but that’s a huge liability risk. Truck was dirty, lights in the back didn’t work and truck ran horribly. Will not rent again

I didn't have any problems
ROSALYN RI requested 30 moving pads and NO dolly. I picked up the truck with 24/7 service. I had no moving pads and 1 dolly. My answer for no recommendation would be to "use another location, unless you can't find a truck elsewhere". The people were nice and the billing was correct. Mark
