Diana CThe trailer was dropped off late on 2/28. This location isn’t in a great part of Baton Rouge and it wasn’t well lit. It was a little walk to the box where I dropped off the contract, so I was glad I had another person watching for trouble. On a positive note, the area they had for U-Haul equipment was fairly large, so parking the trailer was no problem. I did not engage with any personnel. I called on 3/1 and there was no answer and no option to leave a message. I’d suggest a recording with business hours, and an option to leave a message.
