I was unable to pickup the truck at my schedule appointment time. The U haul location was closed and I had to wait over an hour on hold to speak to a customer support representative. I will never be renting a truck from U haul again.

The location is essentially a vacant lot with a few trucks and trailers. No one was on site. I had to walk down the street to find someone to check out.
