I was charged an extra day for my rental but I returned the trailer upon the agreed day. I need to understand why. There was nobody at the return location but I took pictures and submitted them as instructed.

STEPHEN GWhen we got there we had to sit in the sun for 15 minutes until they decided to acknowledge we were there to pick up a rental. Very poor customer service.
