Rich RU-Haul of Patchogue messed up my reservation that was made seven or six days in advance then I was dealing with a nightmare because they sent me to another location for a smaller truck which was a bigger inconvenience since I was moving a full house and I was stuck there for 2 1/2 hours trying to do the mobile app and I couldn’t get customer service hung up on me twice and I can’t get in touch with anyone. I would not give this any recommendation whatsoever and I would like for someone to reach out to me because it was not right.
