Ordered an appliance cart for the trip - didn’t have one - but let us use the store cart but had to bring it back - it worked for the front end of the trip - but not the unload part

This was a new truck, only 4400 miles on it. The cab was dirty (dried spilled coffee), dusty, etc. The truck already needs an alignment as it pulls to the right pretty hard. The outside of the truck was also very dirty.
