When we learned on the morning of our move that our original reservation (made via the u-haul regional manager), put our truck pickup 1 1/2 hours away, we thought we were sunk. Our movers were coming in less than an hour. Somehow, Par was able to secure us a truck at her location, as well as a storage unit, and we were on our way!

JOSE PThe lady was rude and took forever and tried to tell me I didn’t have a reservation and can’t get a uhaul because she said her boss told her they don’t have any reservations. I had a reservation number, appointment, and showed the correct location. She then had an attitude and found it but then took forever.
