Very nice and helpful couple
KAROL CAll of the Uhaul people, in person and via phone, I interacted with for two rentals were very friendly and helpful.
GEORGE FI normally have a good experience but this time was different. The person helping me was very irritable and rude at pick up and drop off. During both pick up and drop off time I arrived close to lunch but still had enough time to complete my transaction and pick up. At drop off I saw the attendant and told her I was dropping off at my unit quickly before turning in the trailer. When I walked in the office 5 minutes to lunch, the doors were locked and she seemed annoyed with me. She didnt give me any direction as to where to park the trailer and when I asked "so I can park it anywhere?" She gave me a dirty look and spoke to me very rude. Then did not help me unhitch and I felt really bad after that interaction.
