When we called one of the U-haul places here, the owner took the time to find the trailer we needed. He did not have any on his lot, but said another local dealer had the trailer we needed. He made all the reservations for us over the phone so it was easy to pick up the next day at the other dealer. The gentleman at the location we picked up the trailer at was pleasant, efficient and answered all of our questions. He showed us how to use the auto transport and stood out in the rain to make sure everything was secure. Then when we brought the trailer back later that day, the same person helped to get the trailer back into the parking stall and disconnected everything for us. It was a good experience.
