I was overcharged $45. I'm not very happy about that.

Next time make sure the blankets are not wet the smelled really bad and the lock to the truck was hard to open and close it was shit

The equipment was clean and generally well maintained, but the truck’s steering was “loose”, making it difficult to stay in the center of the lane. Almost constant steering corrections were necessary on the freeway.

Reserved largest truck you rent - online. Received confirmation. Arrived for pickup and truck was ready. Truck was clean. Ran well. Returned a bit after 5PM but someone was there anyway and checked me in. Great experience. Went like clockwork. Excellent customer orientation.

Ordered moving help online when we booked our truck. That order did not get placed, and we didn't know until the day of. The moving help company just said "sometimes the orders don't go through when you book online." That would have been helpful to know earlier.

The truck did smell of cigarette smoke a bit

Staff training was inconsistent. I hired a trailer to tow my car.today. A female member of staff said my tow bar was too low. When it said the fixing could be reversed she said it couldn't. Another member of staff said it could and was very helpful in re-configuring it for me. Overall it was a good site.

I was asked if I could back up the trailer, but to be honest, I was exhausted and just wanted to go home. The person checking me in said it was no problem, but I felt bad leaving him to hand drag the trailer into place. Maybe Uhaul could provide it's team will trailer dollies or other tools to make parking trailers easier?

Wait time can be a bit long sometimes, which is the only reason they don’t get an excellent rating, but the staff is friendly and very helpful. I’ve used this Beaverton location for years and will continue to.

The credit card payment system was a little cumbersome. The readers don't seem to like either the chip or swipe. Both times I paid I the agent had to manually enter my card information. Not a big deal to me but that's something that could be improved.

This location also had delays dues to parking in the in and out lanes; but it was moved as soon they saw a waiting customer.
