Get better communication between the calling/answering service and the stores. They double booked me and several other folks while I was they as well as reserved inaccurate reservation times. It left the store scrambling and providing less than desirable customer service.

The staff person that I gave my forms to (not the gal that processed me at the register) was extremely rude to me. Upon returning the truck, the staff was rude and one man pushed his coworker aggressively (not in jest). Then we were charged for gas even though we fulfilled our gas requirement. If I'm not reimbursed, and I have a receipt, I'll never use uhaul again and I will alert social media(Facebook, twitter, Instagram, yelp). I do hope you make it right. I've never experienced the slightest hiccup at uhaul until today.

I requested a dolly/handtruck for the day and it wasn't put into the truck, which I did not find out until I'd gotten to my location, when I called the store I was told the charge would be removed but I was still charged for it. This was the only issue I had.

A good idea would be to only make one withdrawal on my account on my debit card first one was put a dollar in take a dollar out next one was a hundred and something dollars take it out then put another one in I think somebody needs to check on the bookkeeping and your department renting the vehicle was the easy part keeping track of the bank account is the hard part

We were given false pricing and when looking at the bill and calling to figure it out we got a 25 min run around and it still did not make any sense expect the fact that we were being charged different prices then we were told. Even when adding up prices over the phone with a rep they still didnt come to the total on our bill. Will definitely think twice before renting from UHAUL again

The price quoted by the salesperson over the phone did not include all the extra charges. I paid $29 more than I was expecting. I should have checked to see if our car policy covered the $14 truck insurance - which it probably did! My mistake for $14 out of the $29.

This vehicle & the vehicle last week were dirty in the back area, which your policy states that you should clean it after use, which the previous renter did not do. The dash was dusty & the windows on the outside and inside were very dirty from lack of cleaning in between renting. I am being charged per mile, for use of the vehicle etc, least you guys can do is provide a clean non smoker smelling vehicle. I left a review about the dodge that was terrible, I was told I would get $25 as a courtesy, never got it. I talked to the Manager and he tells me he will honor it, NEVER APPLIES IT!!! I would like my $25 for my previous headache and would like to know how we can make it right this time for having a dirty vehicle. Thank you 503-880-7781

Wonderful Manager. Unfortunately our original truck to be picked up at the Sherwood facility was not ready so we had to go to another facility which was very poor service.



If I can give any great advice to a customer thinking of using this location. RUN!!! RUN AWAY AS FAST AND AS FAR AS YOU CAN!!! This was the worst and most b.s. experience that I have ever had in my life. First they wanted to give me a truck that when an employee drove it and hit the brakes. A giant stream of liquid came shooting out from underneath and they said it was the Air conditioner. Then, it felt like they made up a story about having a trailer stolen, when one was sitting out front just fine. So they sent us over 30 minutes away to another location on the opposite side of town with NO COMPENSATION for miles or for gas wasted, because they didn't want to transfer to the truck to me. This all started out with a female employee that treated me like I was a problem for showing up. She then handed me off to someone else and claimed a "computer glitch" was affecting them but not the other 3 people that were in and out in under 15 minutes that came in after we had been there for about 30. Total time from arrival to finally getting a truck that wasn't running for 45 minutes with all the hassle and lack of professionalism was 2.5hrs. Total waste to even bother going here unless they fire the entire management staff and start from scratch.
