Let customers know that 10ft uhauls don't have a ramp because if I wanted to move a sofa dresser washer and dryer with no ramp I wouldn't have rented your ubaul. You should let people know on your website that it has no ramp so people that expect to use a ramp to move Something knows. It was a huge inconvenience for me to move with out a ramp.

The gentleman who took care of us, Robert Meikle, was professional, courteous, friendly, funny, and obviously on top of his game. As were all other employees I saw. We rented a van and were shocked when we found it waiting for us right in front running in the driveway, and tuned to country music (we're from tx). This location gave me the best experience I have ever received at uhaul!

This location was very helpful, however my experience dropping it off in Beaverton was less than ideal. The guy that checked me out was rude and made me feel like I was an interruption In his day. I brought the truck back on 3/4 and it was 1/4 when I picked it up. A “have a nice day and thank you” would’ve been nice. I’ll think before I use uhaul again because of the guy in Beaverton, very rude!

Having to wait in line 3 times is ridiculous. I had to wait to get the van(already had reservation). I had to wait after I checked the van for dents, then I had to wait again returning it cuz there was a paperwork screw up.

I had ordered a appliance dolly and they forgot to put it in the trailer and I had to drive back to pick it up. I wasn't offered anything to compensate for the gas or time for their mistake.

I have use this location a couple of times before and had a decent experience, but this time was absolutely terrible. One thing that happened was that I am unfortunately temporarily disabled with one of my legs and I walking with the cane, while I was out at the U-Haul truck in the location I was directed to, marking the scratches and dents on the sheet and one of the workers got into the truck without saying a word to me and drove the truck clear to the other side of the lot, for what reason I did not know, I looked at him confusingly and asked him why he just did that and he said because I was moving the truck for another truck, I then asked him would it not have been a little bit more polite to have at least tell me you were moving the truck so I can move out of the way or get in since it’s very difficult for me to walk? He just shrugged his shoulders and walked off. I couldn’t believe it, neither could another one of your customers that watched the whole situation and was surprised. I could go on with numerous more situations that occurred in the short period of time of receiving my truck, but instead I think I just will not ever use that location again.

I wish the man who was at the register around 10am would have told me the truck didn't have to be back by 4pm. I ask him what would happen if I could NOT get the truck back by 4pm and he said it wasn't an option to have it later because the truck was already scheduled for another customer at 4pm. I stressed about it all day just to find out at 3:30pm when I called in to U+haul that there were other trucks available for the 4pm reservation! It would have made my already stressful day quite a bit less taxing on my already frazzled nerves if he just could have given me that tiny bit of information at 10 am!! In addition it would have also been nice to know that I could have returned ithe truck to a closer location to save me time and an additional charge for milage. Sherri Parman

Drop off was bad customer service period. The office guys were great but the yard guys were horrible , after we swept out truck and folded the blankets as per our contract my husband was told he would be charged because we didn't mop the truck out, which seemed to be the guys job so my husband grabbed the employees mop and bucket and mopped the truck. They also were very rude over all. Again guys in the office were great but the yard guys , they should not be working as it seems they don't feel the need to actually work and treat people respectfully!!! Absolutely appalled at the treatment from them!! ??

No improvements. Your service was friendly, quick and efficient. Whe you have to move, you sure don’t want to take an hour out of your day to deal with the truck. Uhaul was the least of my worries on this move. Thanks for making it so easy for me. And using your moving help option was half the price of using a moving company. I’m a loyal uHaul customer now!

I attempted to use Truck Share for my rental. The app would not let me take a photo which resulted in me having to go stand in line. The entire rental process was re-started and all the prep time I had put into getting Truck Share set up and finding and inspecting my truck was wasted. It also appears that the allowed mileage was incorrectly specified during the re-creation of the rental agreement because my receipt show that I am being charged for extra mileage.

The wait time in line is too long. The records were inaccurate. We drove the truck about 5 miles, but the computer showed 70. We then had to wait for the correction to be made.
