I received a call Monday morning that my trailer was overdue. When I called back, the lady told me it was a mistake and the team hadn't check the returns yet. Then, when I got my invoice I was charged for 3 days instead of 2. Poor customer service!

Sabino is so rude and doesn't understand Web based Vehicle pick up before or after hours on the store. He has a badge that says Owner but he is a BOZO. Last time I rent from this location, I rented on the WEB and Sabino the Dork had no idea how that works, he just said, come back when the store opens... What an A-Hole

When we got to the furniture store and opened the trailer to put our mattresses in an overwhelming smell of pot (marijuana) came out of the trailer. This very strong odor did not dissipate. I was worried that it would permeate the mattresses. We had to remove the mattresses for the night to minimize exposure to the smell. We also found some pot leaves in the trailer.

labor day was extremely busy (who knew) and there was only one staff available-have more reps i tried to pick up the rental using the app but your company keeps sending it to my old email address which i no longer have access to and it made the process even longer-as it won't let me update it i really appreciated the staff member who helped me with my rental equipment. I had a long 2 days of moving and he was very understanding and friendly

The only thing I was not happy with was that I was told due to circumstances that I was experiencing I could have the trailer for an extra day at no charge from Paul at the Beaverton store but when I brought back the truck on the original day I was charged another 30 dollars that I was not expecting

The pick up process was slowly but fairly painless. The drop off process was unclear, I went to multiple people for assistance and had to flag someone down. I was given very little information at check out and just had to trust that the info was correct.

When trying to make online reservation I couldn't get the tv hwy location to load. I finally gave up and called to make my reservation - which went very well. I am not sure if the uhaul website was experiencing too much traffic it couldn't handle, or what the issue was, might be something for you to look into Positive feedback; I really like the designated return area, we just have to pull into, where we are greeted by uhaul employee. Much nicer than having to go inside and stand in line, like I had to do the last time I rented a vehicle

You should be able to take a u hal truck back to any location, becuse they made me go over my milage making me take it back further than were my apartment, so stupid.

The gas in the truck I rented was much lower than I was told it was by uhual. I noticed after I had already left the location, but it sucked because I was expected to fill it to where they told me it started. So I had to put an extra 1/8 tank of gas in. Moving is already extremely expensive so its just annoying to have one more thing.

I got charged for WELL over the miles that were driven. Employee there said “oh that happens sometimes, but nothing we can do about it”. Unacceptable.

If you pick PHONE pick-up. Make sure that works. We still had to wait until the store opened to get our reservation straightened out. Disappointing and we were late getting back to start moving

When I returned my truck the employee that check the truck in when you return screamed at us when we arrived then when he was walking away he said fuck you I got out of truck and asked him what did he say and he pretended like he didn't understand what the hello was asking him I told the front desk about the issue they said they will talk to him I said what ever and left

They were very busy, I'm glad I had reserved my truck on-line. Reserving on-line is very easy to do. When I arrived at the counter, I only had to give them my name and the truck was ready for the time I reserved it. When I brought it back, it was an easy return. On my way home, they called to let me know that I had left an article in the truck and they would hold it for me. I will rent through them again and also recommend it to my friends. All the employees were very nice.
