The only complaint is that I was originally scheduled to pick it up in St. Cloud where I was and was informed late I. The evening the night before that I had to drive an additional 30 minutes to get the truck in a different location. This was additional mileage I did not count. The notice was to late for me to cancel as I needed it on the scheduled day and U-Haul left me no time to figure out a different plan.
