Impossible location to maneuver around. Junk cars and dumpsters everywhere. Trailers were behind a dumpster and frozen in ground. Had to wait 40 minutes while they broke them free from snow and ice.

The individual who took care of my reservation was very good and professional. The man she asked to go and get the truck for me, visually and verbally displayed shock that I was renting a 20’ moving truck and in front of me, asked her if she was certain of the size of the truck on the reservation. I believe this reaction occurred because I am female and have short hair. I of course had no problem driving the truck I had selected. This rental came from an affiliate, based on previous experience, I do not believe this would have happened at a u-haul rental facility.

Andrew TCivic Pride is amazing for parts and service but a terrible location to pickup a UHaul. The staff were great but the parking lot is super crowded and hard to navigate.
