I spent 30 mins standing in the cold trying to get my reservation to activate. Check the call center records...it's all in there. I do not think it was the location's fault, but not sure.

Harrison CThis location does not offer "one-way" rentals, this important information should have been identified in all advertisements. The service employee was unprofessional and not personable. This location is fine if you only need to transport items locally and are not inconvenienced by returning the vehicle back to this location. Better customer service is needed at this location. The vehicles are in good condition but they did not have a hand truck available that was requested in my reservation.
