To improve? Close this pick up location. It was one of the most worst pick up experiences. No rep there to help, lack of information, the place looked like a bomb hit it and it was so disorganized a huge pile of U-Haul keys were just sitting there on the counter where anyone could walk into the location and just take several U-Haul vans/trucks. It took almost an hour on the live chat and on the phone to figure out how i could get the van i booked. Someone actually walked in while I was doing that and i told him don’t rent from here! Switch locations.

Place was closed. The employee did not speak English. Took me an hour to pickup vehicle. The app keeps freezing up and asking for a location bar code that not at the location outside. The young Lady that helped on the phone was SUPERB. Was a hour late for my appointment
Anthony TI recently returned my U-Haul van. Overall, the experience was okay, but I ran into some hiccups with the app. I wasn’t able to take pictures of the truck when returning it, and later, after about 4 hours of use, I needed to extend my rental. The app has an option to extend, but every time I tried (three times!), it just kept pending and wouldn’t let me complete the process. Hopefully, the app gets a smoother experience in the future, but the van itself was fine and the staff were helpful.
SERGEI BWhen I arrived at the pickup location, it was difficult to find someone to help with the location of the van. Once I did find someone, I was met with a bit of nonchalant annoyance that I asked the question. He pointed me in the direction of the vehicle and upon getting there, I noticed that the van was tightly sandwiched between an SUV and a large tow truck making it damn near impossible to move it. I asked the check in person if I could have a different van or if someone could move it. Again annoyed, he shouted at one of the other workers to move it out for me. The check-In process truly was less than favorable and I hope that they can work on it for future persons needed the service. I definitely will not be returning to this location if I need to use U-Haul again.
Leon GThe employee was amazing. The U-Haul system is the most awful system I’ve ever used. Every single time it’s a huge headache and if there was any other truck rental business, I’d use it. Please get it together.
