Bernis AIndividual was not an active employee; she was hanging out at the store; having to be found during pick up. She deliberately refused to take the keys and requested I leave them in the box; while On clock.then proceeded to charge an over night fee; although I had returned prior to clock out with a sufficient amount of time to process the return...She never answered calls or inquiries.
