The person who rented the U-Haul to me very clearly told me I could return the truck wherever the closest U-Haul drop off was from where I got gas. I asked again to confirm that information stating I can drop off this U-Haul to another location correct? And she said yes. I was charged for dropping it off somewhere else and she called me in a very rude manner and hung up on me because she was mad I listened to what she told me to do and it was her mistake :(

Marcie RPlease work on the customer service. It took me forever to coordinate and get assitance on issues I faced with my Van and the first location I went to had no vans available and didnt give me any concreat idea of when I can get one. The second location (This one) was hard to find and difficult to get through the onboarding process
