There's nothing this place can do to improve because they are already friendly, helpful, and customer oriented people. The truck wasn't the cleanest when I rented it but given the most recent ice and snow storm that we just had, I just overlooked that.. I guess next time I won't, because I got charged part of my deposit from the returning location. Just a learning curve I guess.
